Staff is friendly , rooms are dated. Possibly the most confusing floor plan I’ve ever seen — bring walking shoes and keep your map with you!

Hilton staff always friendly and helpful. Free guest shuttle to airport , and the cookies are the best part of the doubletree experience!

Massive, multi-wing complex. Large rooms -- try to overlook the lake (I was in wing 5). Surprisingly comfortable , clean , & (dare I say) luxury for an American Airlines comped night.

Massive Doubletree hotel with great service and lots of amenities . If possible, request a room in the tower .

Standard DoubleTree amenities , massive property, friendly staff . Stay in the tower . PentHouse (13th floor sshhhhh) if possible. My favorite room is 1364. :-) Hope you don't mind airplanes....

Great hotel , clean , and check in was easy. Elevators are a little walk if your staying in the tower . The bartenders were interactive and the stay was enjoyable.

Shuttle comes every 20 mins from airport and to airport clam chowder is the bomb Mac and jacks is a great beer there and sit at the bar faster service

When you check in, they give you a map to your room--take it with you! You will get lost in this hotel after having a little too much fun in the city .

Booked IKEA special that includes $50 GC, free valet parking & free breakfast for 2. Value better than AAA rate! Plus I love the warm Doubletree cookies ! Get as many as you want! Just ask! ;)

Painfully slow internet. Even with free code for fast internet . It was painful and interfered with my work. I even talked with the front desk. I would advise avoiding until they fix this problem.

Come for late night cocktails and twist on fish and chips in the lounge .

Request to stay in the Tower . Rooms are nicer and the view is better + way less walking! Also you should become a Hilton Honors member (free) which gets you other perks like upgrades. :)

This is not a modern business traveler's hotel : clean with good amenities , but lacking outlets in the room: we had two open plugs to use, neither near the desk.

Reception guy Brian was probably the most helpful person I've met...wasnt even staying here - but I will next time!

Booked a room through expedia for $79.00, which includes a free breakfast . Everything about the hotel is great. This is such a good deal .

$7 breakfast sandwich is ridiculous but $3 coffee is okay. Nice hotel weird layout but nice. Away from everything but Dennys, Jack in the Box and BBQ place down street. Close to airport .

Do not stay here, The convenience of this hotel is absolutely not worth it. The cost is ridiculous I am a diamond member with Hilton hotel chains I have never seen a more exhausted hotel move on

Right by SeaTac. Drop off the rental early and grab the shuttle .

Dated property, keys that don't work, incompetent staff . For your own sense of well-being, stay elsewhere. The fact that it's among the pricier options around the SeaTac just makes it worse.

Sharp's Roaster across the road was recommended and didn't disappoint. Good food and beer .

Hotel layout is awful trying to find your room, ask for directions before you go to your room from front desk.

Shuttle service takes FOREVER to pick up and the service inside is not so great. The beds are okay and the cookies awesome but I am not impressed with the service at all.

Lady Bartender isn't friendly at all. Sit at one of the cocktail tables for friendlier service.

Old dump of a hotel . Dirty . Broken things. Poor layout. Poor service. Even my upgrade room was a joke.

Pass on this place, it's highway robbery! No fridge in a room that cost $269 without a view .
