Comfy beds , friendly staff , plus a 10/15 min walk from SEATAC. Head to the light rail from the terminal & take the bridge across Intl blvd. Odd #'d rooms face the courtyard in my experience.

The customer service has been great considering how busy it is. Rooms are great, and housekeeping actually listens to you when you say you aren't ready for them yet. Love it here. Needs free Wi-Fi.

If you room is in the Cascade Courtyard area and the number is from about 2245-2266, park on the side by the exit. Much less of a walk!

Clean room , friendly staff , and super convenient to get around as it is located right by the light rail station . Will stay here again.

Turn in your rental car the night before you fly and walk to the airport . Just walk half a block north and cross via the light rail station . Much less hassle at 6 in the morning

So, if you are staying in rooms that are in the room number range of XX70-89...you have a hike ....the hotel is built around a courtyard ...pretty but...missed the shuttle because of the walk. Be aware!

The staff here is amazing! Everyone is super-friendly and helpful. Stop by the bar for a snack or a drink, or hit up the Starbucks for some really great coffee . :)

This is one of my favorite airports . Speedy, very clean and they have friendly staff .

I really enjoyed watching the shuttle driver cruise right by the pickup point at SeaTac leaving me to walk it with my luggage.

Honestly you can't beat the location especially if you just stay here the first night you arrive. Don't even Get a car it's within walking distance to airport and light rail

Pay extra to use the valet parking , it is a very long walk to the lobby from the parking garage .

overnight parking in the garage is $20. take your room key with you to get out of the parking lot . there is a key drop at the gate.

Watch out for the convention smokers outside the garage :(

Make sure your room is facing the courtyard . Rooms facing the street are very noisy at night.

I was harassed by Freddrick the security guard here for simply walking to my room!!! He didn't believe I stayed here and proceed to follow me and even told me to go outside!!! Cannot believe this guy

Stay away from this place!!! Crazy over priced!!! The food prices are outrageous but they get away with it because there are almost 0 other options nearby.

Wifi is terrible. $9.95 premium speed on HotelWifiTest app 1.5 Mbps. Slow DSL speed at best. Ripoff. I'm reminded why I avoid Hilton as they have exclusive deal with AT&T.
