Pretty much like a lesser version of Roxas Blvd near Manila Bay , and with the occasional canal odor. Lots of food stalls offering cheap menu. Practically safe to stroll even after midnight.

Mini baywalk feels.. You can rent bike , jog around or just sit and chill . The air's humid, though.
After sun set, many people come here for bay all and for dinner at open air seafood restaurants .
it's like a plaza for bay-viewing and food tripping. the variety of finger foods available -- mouthwatering????????
