Do not use their CR for public use located at 4th floor. It was like your knees touch the door when you sit at the toilet . so awkward! The comfort rooms of the hotel rooms are very modern, i love it!

Room rates are quite expensive but worth it. Get the Deluxe room since the view in the more expensive Superior rooms isn't that amazing anyway. Their breakfast buffet is not that great and wifi isn't

Helpful staff . Great breakfast buffet , lots of choices, varies daily. Complimentary airport transfer. Cannot adjust A/C though.

Great staff ! Everyone is courteous! No wifi in the rooms but you may request for a LAN cable for Internet access.

Nice room (but if you are in H26-34 never stay at the balcony or even trying to open the door there I bet you will never ever like what you gonna smell) and good staff . But the wifi really sucks!

Dirty rooms, slow and unattentive service. Boring food, their cakes in the display taste 3-4 days old. On the positive side, the location and the views (facing the Bay ) are superb.
