台南最早成名的老牛肉湯之一。早上掌廚的是老老闆，晚上掌廚的是兒子，兩者刀工有差。這裡的湯頭是屬於比較清淡的，喜不喜歡見仁見智。因為在赤嵌樓邊，屬於觀光景點，所以份量小於其他競爭者。白飯10元肉燥飯20元
肉不差，但上桌就要先撈起來才不會柴
