Of the four LA locations that I frequently visit, this one is by far the worst in terms of quality, maintenance and clientele; from the stench in the air to equipment thrown across the floor... ffs.

Your staff really disappointed a lot of people today..they announced a moment of silence for Remembrance day..and they could not turn off the music..what a joke! No wonder so many people were pissed.

There's never any paper in the dispenser or any sanitizer in the bottles! So gross!

Thank god I only need to use this gym for a month. The Don Mills location is so much better. This place has no towel service, staff is rude, weights are never racked. And unclean. Stay away!!

This location is the worst in the GTA... The bathrooms are disgusting and the equipment is always broken. What's worse is its always overly packed. Avoid at all costs!!

Don't buy anything for the refreshments machine it's robbed me $5 and nobody knows who to talk to about getting my money back not even the ops Manager
