All of the comments about this being a painfully slow Starbucks still ring true. 23 minute wait. Has the "period of transition" really lasted 1.5 years? Yes, this is a #firstworldproblem.

I would prefer to go to the one in the larger atrium as this one tends to get really backed up, but all Starbucks in the airport do.

All of the starbucks @ seatac do not allow free modifiers (i.e. soy milk ) to starbucks gold cardholders. This isn't posted and they suspiciously forget to mention it till you've paid.

I agree...there are 16 gates out here times that by 130 people, yeah they r a little busy, have patience.

Slow in morning due to lot of customers with just one preparer..should get one more machine and server during peak hours..

service was terrible. there were at least 6 ppl working and the line was barely moving. they dont express any sense of urgency. my drink order wasnt asked until i got to register. disappointing.
