You can see where the real cheese is made in Pike's Place but this is the Beecher's I return to every time. Get yourself a grilled cheese for your long flight. It will be miles above plane food.

awesome. staff was super friendly and energetic at 5am, there was cheese to sample, and the grilled sandwich was super tasty. lots of artisan cheeses to purchase as well .

You can ask them to give you half of the Flagship Mac and Cheese and half of their flavor of the day Mac and cheese .
