The asparagus in season was cooked perfectly. I had the simple version with hollandaise sauce and boiled potato , husband the specialty wrapped in a pancake . Delicious, my husband's enough to feed two!
Nice food nice service. Not a lot option for beers .

Took a student-led tour and he gave us lots of background on the castle. Great views of town from a couple of vantage points. World's largest wine cask is huge! Many stories about footprint on terrace - Mickey
Self brewed beers, the dark one is tough though. Regional food of very good quality, most stuff self made, no industrial food. You have to try the mousse au chocolate - it's a dream! - Sascha R
