Got in at 3:00AM. Found this at the lobby. Key was on the door as promised, and they even left the heat and lights on for us. Thank you!
Room 514 is the bomb. 2nd floor, corner room , best view facing north. Love it!
We were able to borrow walking sticks at no charge. Wifi in 'the narrows' section is very poor. Miss at lobby told me it was because of the mountains . Didn't have the courage to explain how wifi works

Nice place, but if you're a light sleeper, ask for a room that isn't next to the construction .
Try and stay in the newly refurbed rooms, big bright and comfy . Second floor is best
Go to Sol market and stock up if you stay here in the winter. Everything is closed.

Great, comfortable rooms at this new hotel just a short distance outside Zion National Park entrance (on the visitor center side). Views are spectacular. Book in advance. - Jackson

Breath taking views and amazing hikes. First timers - I would recommend Angels Landing and the Narrows from bottom up. Can be extremely crowded during holidays. - _
