All of their team are very pleasant. The beverages in the cooler have always been cold and coffee is always available, along with flavored syrups .
My Concierge room is on 11 in the other tower so for what used to be a short stroll is now a long haul. Staff friendly and everything was fine but hope they are just re-doing the one on the floor.
Alcoholic drinks are absolutely not free. I'm going back to Hilton.
The lounge fridge for beverages has been broken for 2 years. No one seems to care. Come on now Marriott!!!!
