It's very confortable and clean . The wifi is perfect, and the best thing is the breakfast !!! I love the Goat cheese and spinach omelets and the fresh fruits !!!

Stayed in room #836. King size bed , Nice big pillows . Was very cold & windy and the room window was howling some times during the night. Shower leaked (needs replacement) nice for quick rest ????

11th floor concierge lounge is very comfortable , well stocked with many choices and the staff is outstanding.

Concierge provide shuttle bus in every hour to Roosevelt area where you can find Walmart, Marshalls, Costco etc. The Champions bars ' side dishes are worth a try.

I LOVE THIS HOTEL . IT S SÓ COMFORTABLE, AND THERE S A SHUTTLE TO THE MALL , WALL MART AND TRADER JOE'S.

The hotel staff said you have to take a taxi to the train station and that there is no parking , but we found you can park at the train station all day for three dollars and avoid the taxi fee!

Nice hotel but nothing to do close here eat or shopping.Have to take shuttle for half an hour.Very long distance to the JFK.Good for rest and sleep and peace .

Typical hotel , not extremly good, not extremly bad, just good as hotel , good as a location with places like walmart, best buy costco and roosevelt mall nearby wish there was a safe in the room though

There are only 2 laundry machines so 1 hotel guest can wash 1 load for his whites and 1 colored, all other guest use the hotel 's laundry service . :p

The breakfast is incredible, the rooms are comfortables and the food at the restaurant is a little expensive but very good.

If you intend to have a nap in the afternoon, forget it. Lots of slamming doors with keep you awake.

The rooms at the 1st and 2nd floors are real hot. Although they have a "view " to the swimming pool , I personally don't recommend them.

Ask for a fridge in your room if you dont have one. No microwaves in rooms!
