Inventive, modern but true to its Japanese perfection roots. Must order: salmon nigiri with mayo , silvers of shallots , sprouts and a dash of chilli powder . Genius. You can take away their sushi too.
Been coming here for many visits over the last couple of years, and after asking for a frequent diner 's reward card (often) I finally got a local's tag that gives 10% off. About time!
Had the sushi train and loved it, very fresh even though we came in during a quiet period at 3-4ish in the afternoon.
Stunning crab salad , seriously the best sushi I've had in a long while and the service is fantastic!
Highly recommend the salads . Either of the Seared Tuna or the Grilled Salmon Salad .
Great treat between a surf
Great food! Recommend.
Nice salads and tasty sake
Grab a table or sit at the sushi train counter.
Best sushi in Byron.. consistently
Try the salmon sashimi ... Absolutely amazing
Highly recommend the seared tuna salad .
Seaweed salad
So tasty!!!! Staff are really nice
Nasu Dengaku was too sweet. Anything fried was too doughy. Gyoza was OK. Left for another restaurant .
Sushi in Byron Bay? Dann dort hin!!!
It was Mexican Wednesday. The coconut calamari tacos and the nachos were very tasty and at good prices. The only downside was that the order took some time to be ready but everything tasted very fresh! - Natalie Sheldon
The new summer menu is incredibly delicious! Starting with 'Slow cooked beef tenderloin' until the speechless new Chef Selection with the 'pan roasted fish of the day'. - Milton Montenegro
Great spot with a nice summery bar area. Good spot to chill and look out over the water. - John Price
