At the cafe the service can be a bit variable but of all the supermarket cafes in Colchester,this cafe offers the greatest variety. Lots of sweet stuff on display makes it difficult to walk past!
I love shopping here after 10pm during the week - no one here expect staff and the shelves are being restocked. You do have to watch the trolleys and palettes with the new stock though.
Cafe not bad....but staff woefully slow and poorly trained . I have never seen anyone who could possibly be Ian supervisory position! Also yet to see the Pizza oven working!

Not liking the new salad menu. The salmon salad is very nice but not a scratch on the prawn and chilli mango one they used to do.

Biggest sainsburys in Europe. And boy, don't we know it. Crappy parking , however friendly staff and quite easy to navigate. Always clean .
Staff in the cafe are pretty poor, need a manager.

One of the best zoos in UK. Compact enough to walk around but good space for animals. Great day out for all, not that you'll see everything in one day! Gold card is great value for multiple visits. - Andrew B.
