I think their location@Lombard is a big plus instead of some reviews said the store is abit far away. Coz u can by then bike to golden gate, lunch@sausalito & enjoy sunset@ferry bldg/fisherman wharf

Rented a bike that wasn't in good condition. We had to take the ferry back from Sausalito. And then walk back. He said it was our fault, that the bike he rented us wasn't suited for SF. A scam.

These guys suck. They wouldn't reimburse me for fixing a popped tire . The tube was faulty and popped shortly into my ride
