Rooms 6246 and 6245 connect which is great for families but they seem to be the only rooms whose canyon view is blocked by trees .

I'm glad I did this ONCE. But the room and view is not worth paying twice what you would at the Maswik. Parking is horrible this close too. Glad I did it but Maswik for me from now on.
Get a room with rim view and watch the sunrise over the canyon in you PJs
Mather Point was great for watching the sunrise on the last day. It wasn't peaceful due to the tourist activity, but it is a great and easy place to get to. - Morgan S

Love the view, employes are very friendly. Wifi is in some of the rooms, pretty slow on iOS devices (little or no response for most internet apps). The rooms suit the setting. If come back anytime. - Drakewood
