Horrendous treatment from receptionist upon check-out. Tried to charge us for breakfasts we didn't have and then would not accept that we had already paid city tax. Chased us out of the hotel !
Hotel is basic. We were happy until a VERY RUDE member of staff tried to double charge us for prepaid things - she was very unprofessional and made a scene. Would not recommend - treated horribly!!
Don't come - you will be treated as sub-human by the staff (or at least the short woman, who is a complete imbecile). WORST IBIS EVER, really lets down the brand!

Located right on the entry of La Cite this hotel is perfect if you want to explore the old town. Tiny yet well appointed rooms, Carita spa, pool, and a bar with a lovely view over the medieval castle. - ブルーノ
Absolutely worth visiting! Massive ramparts, medieval castle, narrow streets with small shops and restaurants. Food is fantastic and locals very nice. - Adis Hrovat
