You’ll never know how deep Elwa Valley is until your on 0 miles in your gas tank and it’s pouring down rain at 7:00 am in the dead of winter.
Don’t know exactly how this gets marked every time I drive by the long treacherous lake road being that the only thing around there is a gas station on one side and a swim/campground area on the other

Absolutely magical. The Hall of Mosses trail is a short, easy hike through some serious LOTR territory. The Spruce trail is definitely recommended too, as it leads to the breath taking Hoh River. - Genna D
Very easy to access the beach but can be really slippery when it rains so watch your step. Perfect place for pictures and to experience the power of the PACNW. - Josh B
