The hotel was busy. The biggest attraction was that the hotel looked comfy from pictures but in reality the beds were hard, the facility was beat by traffic and the staff service was poor to mediocre.

Not sure if this is a common issue at this hotel but none of us had hot water in the shower . It was lukewarm.
