Waited 45+min for food. Then got a bill meant for another table (still no food!). Turned out our food was waiting in the kitchen, but never got picked up. Manager came to apologize, so got a free meal

What a nice big White Spot.
Spent most of my time here waiting to be attended to. The service was very slow for being seated, serving the food, and bring the cheque. Was not pleased at all.
Servers are not attentive and abandon their tables on a regular basis.
They renovated after the had a hot water leak, lounge area looks better!
The White Spot has got my order wrong for the last time. Won't be back here or any other again.
Weak gluten free options but they're trying

Other than being a very outdated KFC, I always have good experience here for the drive-thru. The ladies working here are very nice and always smile. Food is what you expect from a KFC. - Buddhafied
