Great view of Des Moines! Comfy rooms with free laundry services on 10th floor. Need quarters for soap. Great front desk! Food is good, refresher in food customer service a must! Overall great stay!

Alright for the price. Rude desk clerk. Crumbs in desk chair and bathroom left with bottle of cleaner in sink and plastic cup laying on its side when it should have been thrown out.
This location does not have the standard Holiday Inn Menu....that is it has food you would actually want to eat.
