Clean friendly downtown hotel . Fresh apples every day, and pretty decent continental breakfast . Also attached to the skywalk.

Not your everyday Hyatt Place. Downtown means valet parking and smaller-than-usual rooms. It's not bad...just different considering the "sameness" of the Hyatt Place brand.

Free Wi-Fi is a nice touch. Congrats to this place for creating a new hot spot here in downtown DSM and talk to Jenny Harris for group event ideas.

Try to get as high of a room as you can. The outside noise level at night is surprisingly loud .

This is the first Hyatt Place worldwide that was constructed in a downtown location.

If you locate Nathan Wright at the bar and buy him a drink, he may just reveal the meaning of life.

Disappointed with our stay. Room service where you have to go get your own food, extra "incidental" charges for EVERYTHING. $15 valet charge unless you want to leave your car on the street overnight.
