Good hotel .Not 5 Star as classified but a good 4 star . Service on a typical Czech level. Not really friendly and enthusiastic. Rooms are renovated and nice. Recommend a room with castle view .

Hotel staff are all lovely & very helpful. Free WIFI in the rooms. Buffet breakfast is ok. Great location....only about a 5-10min walk to the Old Square

It's supposed to be a 5 star hotel but we've stayed in better 4 stars. It's getting a bit old, could be cleaner. The breakfast on the whole is very good but they can't do an English breakfast at all.

Big and clean room but very old. The breakfast was awful. The service is quite bad, we asked for a pair of extra blanquets due to the heater not working but we never receive them. This is not a 5 star
