Great venue for families. We had a great room to accomodate 2 adults and 3 children and they provided 4 beds and there was still a lot of space.
It’s fine. Don’t book a room with one queen bed and two twins unless you, er, actually need it.
The Lobster Pot restaurant is welcoming for families - generous portions too though not where I would recommend for fine dining
Clare , on reception, is a legend !
Try out the Scones and Tea in the Lido Bistro here. Yummiest scone ever!!

The view of the Clare Hills across the bay is amazing. They're look different every time - grey, blue, silver, black - depending on the weather conditions! - John Gannon
