Cottages are spacious & comfortable for families. Ours was clean & updated from last time we were here for fam reunion (5yrs). We owned here since 2000 & have been happy

The pools are great, added a third outdoor pool this year and they're all different. Also, there's an indoor pool . Very nice staff and the facilities are all well maintained!

Big target right next door carries everything from laundry detergent to wine to Advil. Perfect if traveling w/family w/kids

Great place, and alcohol is allowed at the pool so long as you pour glass bottles into cups. Clean units, and the grills are great too.

Having done this a lot, be sure to pack dry goods before you come down. Harris Tester is great, but without coming prepared you'll spend.

Of course they don't have daily or midweek housekeeping unless you pay for it. It's a timeshare resort not the motel 6!!!

Book early for the week after Easter. It's a wonderful time of year to be there! Be aware the walls are pretty thin in the 2-unit condos !

Busch Gardens and Water Country is very close. (Next door). We would go back to our cottage and eat lunch . Then return to the parks .

Make sure to bring your own cooking utensils if you are a particular cook.

It's a timeshare . You have to watch a 90 min presentation with the promise of a gift after. If you do not buy anything, they will give you a empty envelope for your gift .

Mildew in shower and tub power went out while there for half the complex and management would not even leave the activity room open for people this for 5pm till 3am

The beds are really uncomfortable, they are like rocks. The floor is more comftorable.

Need groceries for your stay? Harris Teeter is close, but not on the sheet they give you (and way better than Wally). Take a left exiting the entrance, follow to Quarterpath Road and take a right.

The pool is great, but avoid it right before dinner . The kids take over all of them.

This place needs to be more accessible for handicapped people. There are no ramps and no elevators in the cottages to get to the second floor.
