lower units (41A) may have an ant problem (ours did) but the resort staff is very helpful to send out the maintenance crew to take care of the problem (2x); we also had 4 cats on our patio ! :)
Love the villa . Units 1-3 fully renovated. Very nice. Love the whirlpool/jetted tub in master bath. Great staff . Big thanks to Callie at front desk, Kathy at Concierge desk & Jeff Fox in Maintenance.
Nice size place, large tub to relax in at the end of a busy day. We were told at check in we had to make an appt for their sales pitch. Leave phone off the hook to avoid them calling.
My GOD this place is beautiful. The grounds are meticulously kept, and the staff is friendly . Beautiful pool and jacuzzi tubs !
Very nice resort . Fireplace & flat screen TVs Rooms including bedrooms are nice. . Needs to offer free WiFi & lack of elevators to upper floors could be an issue for some.
The facilities and support staff are very good. If it weren’t for timeshare sales folk I would recommend it.
Don't try to check in early, you're room won't be ready. Even at 3:55 when your check-in time is 4pm. I guess the 6 hours they have between check-out and check-in isn't enough.
Another great reason to stay here: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many amenities here for guests. It’s fast and easy to connect.
Units are very nice. I think I'm gonna like we are on the top floor. Well kept grounds.
Close to many attractions . The pool is great as well as the wifi .
Our room smelled like smoke and the floors are paper-thin. We heard the stampede above us all night. Finally, not enough parking means we parked 4 buildings away from ours and walked in a dim lot.
We were here for a week and never had the promised wifi . Don't believe it when they tell you "it's AT&T's fault." it doesn't take a week for a cable guy to come out.
Park-like grounds have everything a sports-lover needs, including tennis , basketball and mini-golf.
Nice place, but the office keeps calling about going to a meeting about time share. We say no but they keep calling. Probably our last time here.
Awesome Resort . Rooms are modern and very large.
Stay during off-season. Rooms are cheaper and the resort is nearly empty!
The room I stayed in building 16 needs renovation.
Ummmmmmmmm the indoor pool . Im not going to buy into this.
Its December and water is still in the pool outside for the Canadians :)
Horrible beds! Rooms need ceiling fans, there is no air flow!
Units are spacious, grounds are well kept, plenty of activities, great place to stay. Only con is the WiFi is $30 a device for the week. - Noah
Very comfortable resort. Loved the security gate guards waving every time a guest enters. - Jerry Hufton
Cottages are spacious & comfortable for families. Ours was clean & updated from last time we were here for fam reunion (5yrs). We owned here since 2000 & have been happy - Joana
Incredible food & treated like family. Had the grilled veal chop , Chicken Victor, grilled salmon, tortellini alla vodka, and Chicken Alla Capri. Best Italian food we have had south of Philly. - Joe C.
Great place for families and adults. Great rides, excellent food, and the Oktoberfest was a pleasant surprise when we went on Labor Day weekend! - Missy Galus
