We had the junior suite (506) and it was the nicest room we stayed in in all of Costa Rica (including the all-inclusive Hilton Papagayo). Turn the jacuzzi on for an hour or so to get it hot.
Nice hotel , horrible rooms. Shower head pointed straight down bc it was broken. Front desk doesn't seem to care. Wifi only in lobby. Sad considering we just came from a tent w/ wifi .
Me parece un buen hotel para una familia , no es de los más finos pero al menos nuestras habitaciones fueron aseadas y el personal muy amable . Precios especiales para nacionales, desayuno bueno
El hotel está bonito, lástima que nos tocó lluvioso (qué raro!) y no pudimos observar el Volcán . Pero en cuanto a habitaciones todo bien. El restaurante algo costoso y nada fuera del otro mundo
En Octubre para temporada baja tienes el hotel solo para vos :)

The ceviche especial (tuna) is a great and flavorful interpretation on traditional ceviche. Lovely garden trail next to the river. Wonderfully secluded jacuzzi with a view of Arenal. Good service. - Jazzchic (crystal!!)
