Very nice hotel overall with great gardens and an excellent view of Arenal Volcano - you have a view from most/all rooms! Nice to wake up in the morning and look out of the window to see the volcano

The ceviche especial (tuna ) is a great and flavorful interpretation on traditional ceviche . Lovely garden trail next to the river . Wonderfully secluded jacuzzi with a view of Arenal . Good service .

Seriously thin walls, but included admission to the Baldi Hot Springs is pretty sweet. Great view and cute garden . If you have a car skip the provided adventures and go yourself for cheaper.

If you want to book an activity, dont do it at the hotel but in the village . The difference with our trip was $30 per person!!!

The rooms need updating but everything else is great.

Get one of the personal hot spring rooms, they're fantastic and private!

The hot springs are great during happy hour : 16-18. They bring your cocktails to you.

Pay the extra money for the personal hot spring , it's worth it.

Octavio was a wonderful host at Sura. The tuna ceviche in coconut milk was really good.

So-so...the grounds were not well lit for walking in the dark. Room was buggy, i.e. tiny little flying bugs buzzing about. In the future, I would probably spend a little extra money for a nicer place.

Salty food, bad service, no bartender at swim up bar , great view . Stay at Los Lagos up the street, that's the place to be.
