The service is extremely good, the rooms are great and the hotel is perfectly located.
My room has 16 pillows in it! Apparently Queenstown is also the softness capital of the world.
Location is great if you get a lake view room. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good. Hotel is a bit old and expensive but queenstown is overall pricey

The view from the room was incredible. The room was also clean and spacious. Hotel is walking distance to the city centre.On-street parking is a nightmare, pay $10 per day to get an on-site park. - Rob Nicholson
