Always bring a copy of your receipts. Their system is slow. Its takes decades to update. As expected, a single trip to their office is impossible!!!!

Dont forget to get ticket for the correct queue... Come saturday early morning: 08:30 no queue at all

Apparently to set up online pay for DEWA, u cannot do it online or in person, u have to call their online center!!! Why??

Customer service is bad. After talking to 6 people in different departments, they have different answers. Now my issue is still not resolved and I'm raising a formal complaint...

Dont queue, pay thru your bank 's online payment tool.
