The shape of this place is a trip in itself, has areas tough to get out of which is great for serious training potential separate lane pool is an awesome feature aswell. Kids love the Swim park

Never had problem with parking . 9 am on a Sunday sounds like a busy time, lady. Go at 2 pm on weekday and park as close as you prefer

The adult plus membership is definitely worth it - exclusive changing room , always clean , and very quiet !!

Do not miss the fitness centre. Lot of weights, medicine balls, cable machines and a track field ! Enjoy your work out!

The swimming pool was fun and clean . Too many people in the hot tub for us to try it, but the lazy river was a riot.

Come work out from 10am-2pm. You will feel like you own the gym :)

Stop by rejuvenation for one of their many services, including massage , acupuncture, orthopedics, and injury rehabilitation. The perfect way to end a work out

There is a great children's play area free for kids under 2 and their accompanying adult.

Try to walk here. This parking is unbelievable. Not well thought out that's for sure.

Alway lots of parking at the west side.

Change rooms are gross but otherwise a good place to swim and work out.

Take tour shoes off. It is completely rude not to. If your feet get dirty , take a shower .
