Rooms are clean and spacious . The pool is nice and quiet , but it takes min 45 minutes to get a sandwich or a drink. We went out to Dundee's next door and came back. Customer service could be improved.
The new refurbishment of the rooms are great, the sea view rooms are worth the upgrade + the locals deals you can't beat including breakfast the next day
Tuesday night is family night . Great kids meal options, awesome music with Doyle Family and kids sing along. A blast!
Clean and well-appointed hotel . Sit in your balcony at dusk and watch the fruit bats fly by.
Internet access here is pathetic. DOCOMO inhales deeply. Can't get any work done. Need to desperately get internet access upgraded like other Hilton brand hotels in USA.
Ok business like hotel a bit on the old side. Executive lounge is not worth a visit. Try the Italian restaurant which is excellent
You have to have a Bento Box for $15 per person at Hanuman Restaurant for Lunch . Great value .

If you want a 'real Hilton experience' this is not the place to stay. Nice foyer but the rooms are v tired and need a proper redecoration. Good buffet breakfast , however the staff could be friendlier
