Hotel :nice clean . Staff :friendly . Breakfast is improved-hot breakfast with premade omelet and lots of fruits including fresh strawberries. Also have protein veggie patty . Also use compostable utensils
I travel quite extensively for work and stay at a ton of hotels . Although this place is new-ish and the staff has been absolutely wonderful. Small rooms , no suites on site, too expensive .
It was quiet , my bead was comfy , showers were clean , and there was breakfast .
This is by far the best (newest and cleanest) hotel in Carlsbad, NM
Fine but disappointing not up to normal brand standards (I.e. no suites) and therefore overpriced compared to others in brand but I guess that's how you fleece the tourists
The wifi is horrible, I can hear the people in the other room talking and the doors slam beyond belief.
I have never been so happy to have a hot shower in my life. This hotel wins. Only because others in this town are terrible.
If you MUST stay here, be sure to ask for a room that doesn't face the noisy highway. Don't expect any frills here
Smallest pool I've ever seen. "Suites" are just regular, small rooms . You're better off paying $60 less at another place for the same services or $40 for REAL amenities .
Delicious, well cooked food! Norwegian Salmon, fresh veggies, and good local beer options. Home,Ade ranch is delicious, make sure you get a salad or a side of the ranch for your food!! - michelle
Another reason to stay at this Hampton: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many great amenities for guests. Look for the StayConnected program. It’s free, fast and easy to connect. - AT&T
Dumbbells, a bench and a high-low pulley join a bike, treadmill and cross trainer - Craig Bruce
Such an amazing experience. Everyone is super nice and there to help you out on how to take on the caves. Will most definitely come back. - Kayley Smith
You can ask nicely for their wifi password if your phone connection is shotty. - Graham Castellano
