Best boudin balls ever! Whoever decided to put pepper jack cheese in a boudin ball is a mad genius. Also the skin on the outside is like Popeyes chicken skin texture. It's amazing comfort food .
These boudin balls are the real deal. Billy's are their specialty. Smoked is arguably the tastiest. And crawfish is my favorite. They also come as egg rolls which are also good.
