Boudin , cracker chaser. Pork/beef link. Chicken stuffed boudin , rabbit/pork sausage , seasoned rabbit . So great to get boudin-long grain rice , pork & pork liver , amazing seasoning, casing that pops!

Awesome fried shrimp poboys , but there’s SO much more than sandwiches here. It is truly a wonderful boudin and speciality meats store (and so much more!!) Can’t wait to pass that way again soon!

Crackling is good. The service is the worse on the I10 . They do not care about the customers. The cashier was rude. I won't go there again.
