Come and try a Group X class ! My favorite is Turbo Kick on Tuesdays at 9am and Wednesdays at 5:30pm and BodyPump on Wednesdays at 6:30pm! So much fun!
Restrms on left just past trainer 's desks. A few foam rollers by b-ball court. Perk: lg. gym rope left out anchored to stair railing, newer equip. Cons: crowded classes , all short lockers.
Big inside lots of machines but all close by each other making it hard to walk in between
Membership Salesman lied on the phone to me about passes. Lured me and a friend in and then tried to scam us into rates we didn't need. He told us he thought we would sneak into their bball courts...?

The hot tub is drained and cleaned every wednesday at noon...fyi

9-10am M-F is water arobics... so if you are planning to swim they have the pool...
This is a great smaller gym with nice low monthly fees...I can't wait till the weather turns a little. The indoor spin classes here are the best and the instructors are top notch. - J Storrs
