This is a great smaller gym with nice low monthly fees...I can't wait till the weather turns a little. The indoor spin classes here are the best and the instructors are top notch.
A real gym for those of us who actually want to work out and get it done! Has everything one could ask for.
Need to put the olympic platforms in, so we can drop the barbells! It is very strange that they would have everything required of Olympic lifting and not have the floor (platform ) for it...
Chris ' RPM is a great workout! All of the Les Mills classes are kick-butt!
You gotta try RPM with chris on Tuesday and Thursday nights. It's a blast!!!
