Great yoga by instructors or really know what they are doing and know how to put together an effective and strong class . Love this place and the staff and facility are both very nice!

Only my second yoga class at a studio but the instructor was very good at articulating exactly what movements to make and where you would feel it. She really made me feel comfortable .

This location is a billion times nicer/bigger than their other location. Advanced classes are a good mix of strength and flow BUT they're small, so get there early!

Lovely 90 min Vinyasa. Felt bad giggling when the white female instructor taught a Hindi song at the beginning, but then she made a titty and several inappropriate jokes... Loved her. Great class .

Beautiful space with tons of windows, the heated classes are warm but not overwhelmingly so. Bring your own mat and towel or rent them at the desk. Lots of cubby storage and decent locker rooms .

The space is gorgeous and every instructor has their own unique flow . Classes are affordable too - a 10 pack is only $100!

8am morning classes are a great mix of instructors and always an effective workout+good way to start the day.
