Absolutely gorgeous resort with so much to do! Great for families and great for couples too! We originally had a limited kitchen unit . When we checked in they upgraded us! Great staff ! Great place!

Nice resort . Not concerned with the lack of daily maid service, considering the resort is designed as timeshares. If you want fresh towels every day, buy detergent. There's a washer in each building.

This resort is a family favorite! We go up for a week, relax and have fun! It's located near Busch Gardens and Water Country . There's lots of shopping and dining in Historic Williamsburg!

Nice clean two bedroom two bath unit on the ground floor with half kitchen but no in-unit laundry facility. Perfect for family of four although second bedroom has one queen bed (master has king bed).

We were very happy with our visit, but we needed to contact the front desk 3 times over 3 days to get our dryer fixed. The pool is packed in the summer.

The units are the best iv any resort we have stayed at in the US or other countries .

Great place to stay near Williamsburg. Decor fits the spirit of the Colonial atmosphere. Wifi should be free and much faster. Very clean .

Our unit seemed quite updated. You can tell the buildings weren't built too richly and can hear 2nd floor occupants walking around. Still no free wifi . Clean units and great location

Resort is NICE, HUGE & COMFORTABLE.....But I don't care for the no housekeeping or towel & bed sheets replacement daily! But other then that....I like it here!!!

If you have poor cell service, you'll be forking over major Mula for their wifi . Great place other than that.

Got some big people on the second floor and you can hear EVERY step, even the chandelier shakes! Nice pool but way too crowded . Lack of wifi is unacceptable.

If you want to ensure you have a stove , request an 'A' or downstairs unit .

Bring some extra cash...wifi is $50 per week per device. But hey, at least it's slow.

Wi-fi costs $50/week here. Be sure to lodge your complaint! Free computers in the visitors center are deadly slow.
