Beautiful place great service the staff goes the extra mile but rooms are a need of a update specially the furniture and the towel and sheets need more bleach and they need to provide wifi in the room

Hands down the worst vacation choice of my life-so far. Elitist treatment of "members"--which we were NOT and outdoor food venues (all, but one restaurant ) were plagued by flies and birds.

Today- locked out my room. They refuse to make extra key. Front desk keeps smiling at me saying "sure we are making it now."(45 min later, I still have no key.) - not recommending this place to anyone

They all want your money and try to pressure everyone into a timeshare . Food is mediocre and the drinks are sub par. Cabanas are a nice touch though.

Great if you want a rundown, scrappy place! Bathroom wasn't washed fir 5 days. Handle fell off, so no shower . Rude people that just don't care. Knock it down and start over! Terrible

So far not impressed. Waiting 2 hrs for the room. Hot as heck and I have on jeans . #nobueno

Excellent service , so many pools, Restaurants are excellent, The Beach Uffff!! I love this Resort !!

VIP Beach has free wifi . Also the timeshare office has a free hotspot called LVHC.

Love this resort ..need more deals here..since 15.00 a day for 2 is going away:(

Go to VIP Pool and grab a Zombie! Best drink around! Don't forget the Hookah Bar !
