Bring singles to tip your staff . Doesnt have to be a lot but they work really hard everyday to make you comfortable .

Best part of being here was leaving! They think if they say VIP long enough, it will become true. Not the case here. Condition of Tropical hotel is disgraceful! Filthy! Delapitated! Vile!

The food is always bad , drink a lot of tea/water to flush the system cause when get back home it's nooooo fun

If you eat in the non buffet restaurants you're ok...buffets kinda stink. Customer service is not there forte and they don't care if you think it stinks...everyone is in Dominican time
