This beach is more commercialised....but its one of the cleanest ones in tvm!the small beach cafes n restaurants are gud esp for the sea food !

Speed boats are available for a good deal if you know Malayalam.. And the beach is pretty good and is next to private beaches of leela and taj.. So the crowd is decent enough.

Dissatisfied with this over-hyped place. Only if u are staying at the Leela or the Taj, that you will be in for a memorable time.
