Everything is good here. Dwight is truly a pit-master. The ribs and rib tips were superb. The flavors are delicate and the finish is clean and delicious.
On the ever quest for excellent BBQ in MN, we discovered the amazing ribs here & were hooked (even w/out the excellent beans and mac n cheese !). One of the best BBQ offerings in the Metro.
Had the ribs . I think I will try the rib tips next time, but I'll will be back. Some may consider it a tad salty. Overall, very good.
