Our favourite café on Place Carnot. Coffee is good, service slightly slow but this is entirely excusable when it's a nice day.

Visiting in December is really good idea, because you miss the crowds. You don't need to pay anything to enter La Cité and the view from the outer walls is great, no need to pay fee to inner walls. - Adam Kučera
As Place Carnot becomes more and more gentrified and the choice of cafes increases .. I still say you cannot beat THE ORIGINAL Cafe Felix for friendly service and good coffee - Troy Dale
