Philosopher's Way is a hiking trail Karlsruhe Region Baden-Württemberg located in Germany.
Philosophenweg (Albert-Ueberle-Str.) 69120 Heidelberg Germany
Great view of the castle and the whole city . Walk up the Schlangenweg from the old bridge and then walk along the whole Philosophenweg to get to Stift Neuburg and reward yourself with an ice cream .
You get to experience an epic view , but it is an uphill hike . You go at your own pace but it’s not a leisurely stroll when you take the stair case.
Bring a bottle of wine and some bread and have lunch at the small public garden or one of the benches along the way.
Wake up early to walk up the hill for a very nice view of the town-worth it.
The place is awesome! You can walk up the mountain along a track and get a beautiful view of Heidelberg.
Take the time and go for it. Amazing view and about 1hr to think on you life
A lovely view of the old city and the river . Just wear sneakers or comfy shoes . 😊
Great path to walk through with an ambience of old philosophers 💥
Wonderful view down to the Neckar and Heidelberg. Watch your pace!
One of the most beautiful road in Europe!
Gets too busy but is a beautiful walk.
Leave the car at the car park and walk the Alee - it's shady and refreshing
Need some sneakers . Nice view on top
Walk to the right for more shade.
Nice views of the Altstadt
