The staff in the oxford one by the monsoon are really friendly and welcoming. Couple of them know me so well that they see me walk in the door and know what I'm going to order before I ask.
Usually way more space & quieter than any of the other brand coffee shops in town centre. Also has LOTS of toilets rather than the usual one stall!! :D
Iced Lemonade and the Sandwiches are great! You should try them definitely!
