Used to be Hilton Hotel Otaru, now is Grand Park . By the bay , very nice view . In winter when the heater is on its very dry in the room.

A little far from the main attractions but the service and the price are both good. Also the view from the room is great!

Extremely popular hotel , even in summer times. Lots of restaurants at the shopping mall on 1/F

Make sure get plenty of bottle of water from vending machine, no free bottle water in the room.

Well maintained despite no major renovations in over 13 years.

朝食 が豊富で、ちゃんちゃん焼や牛乳 など地元素材料理があります。^_^

2Fの喫茶 のケーキセット ¥1,000、コーヒー は¥700. コーヒー 美味しいのにおかわり自由 だったりするよ。

部屋、バストイレも広くて、食事も美味しく、とても良いホテル です。

小樽運河 までは少し距離があるけだ、商業施設も近く非常に便利です。
