front desk has a habit of forgetting what you leave for the guests or what guests leave may it be pasalubong or stuff for pick up. this happened on too many occasions to different friends i know.Tsk!

Reasonably priced, adjacent to SM Lanang(linked by a walkway), clean and very quiet rooms. Staff a very kind and courteous.

Request a room ending in -02.. if possible 802, it got the perfect view of sm, fountain court, and the sunrise. the only room that have it all :)

my left overs on the breakfast buffet . told them i will bring to my room coz my stomach went crazy.. they said its a free of charge. but i noticed they charged me for 280..

Noone bothered to help us get the luggages inside our room on the 8th flr. And noone also helped us checkout. Wow for hospitality ????????????????????????

Not worth the money. Upon checking in inside the room i noticed that the king/queen bed where just 2 single beds joined together in a SUPERIOR room where i paid more that their standard rate.

2 counters only, they can't handle large crowds checking in/out. Like any SM venue, there's no sense of customer service.

Love the ambiance but the food is just normal, nothing exceptional.
