Great for. Corporate events . It has spacious rooms and good customer service
One tipster must have been an ass to the staff if his tip is don't stay here. Upgrade to premium , it's worth it. The hotel is NOT 5 star but is still well maintained. Club premium food was excellent
Don't stay here, but if too late avoid the Brazilian and oriental restaurants . In the buffet restaurant be careful - there are small bones in everything.
If possible stay in the Premium area as the staff is really attentive.

Me gusto el servicio, pero la comida por ejemplo no es tan variada como en otros resort del pais . La animación tampoco me gustó. Lo que mas me gusto es que habia sushi en la cena ...

El servicio no es tan bueno! El bartender del lobby a las 6 es el mejor, se llama Simón :)
El wifi es caro y no es muy buena la señal, pero el servicio es excelente y el complejo es divino!!!

Great place. Reminds of books by Jack London about time between XIX and XX centuries. Nice old fashioned building, well trained sfaff, turqoise sea. - Alexey Pishenin
