Outdated hotel - slow wifi , no air conditioning , horrendous mattresses, dirty silverware. How this is 4 stars I have no idea!

Housekeepers do excellent work. Rooms are truly superb.

Don't eat at the restaurant unless you are prepared to wait an hour or so between each course.

Dress code is "smart casual ". Whatever that means in Belfast.

Lobby Bar is closed on Sundays

They don't take euros but the spar across the road will!
